We book on a first come first serve basis. In order to reserve a unit we ask that you make a $20
advance payment. The remaining balance is due at time of set up. The $20 advance payment is refundable if we are not able to set up
due to acts of mother nature, such as high wind (in excess of 15 mph), hail, sleet or rain. The $20 advance payment
is not refundable if you decide to cancel your rental or if you decide to change the date or time of your rental and
we are not able to accommodate the change. We ask that you mail the advance payment to P.O Box 403, El Campo,TX.
We will deliver, set up & pick up the unit. We need a flat grassy area for set up. The area needs to be free from
dirt, mud, rocks, limbs, sticks, roots, animal droppings etc. We also need to make sure that where we set up there are no
low lying limbs or power lines. We will need a regular 110 outlet to plug in the blower which will continuously run
during your rental. We provide the extension cords. We prefer setting up away from all swimming pools, ponds &
lakes.
Children must remove all shoes and wear socks inside our units. Silly string, confetti and anything edible
is not allowed in or near the units. Only compatible ages & sizes of children should enter the unit at any given time. We
will go over all safety rules with you at the time of set up.
Out of town rentals will require half of the total cost of the Rental. If we do not receive half of the rental cost we will not set up on that particular day there will be no exceptions. If you decide to cancel at the last minute you will not get any money back. Due to we would have passed up other rentals for that particular unit. You will have to make a different reservation with a different date. We will try our best to accommodate you.
